Oaklins France is hiring an Associate for its M&A advisory team on a permanent (CDI) contract, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Participate in origination, prepare pitches and identify targets and acquirers.
- Manage transaction execution, including information memoranda, teasers and counterparty coordination.
- Build financial models, business plans, valuations and transaction structures.
- Coordinate due diligence and data rooms; assist with negotiations and closings.
- Contribute to team recruitment and training.
Requirements
Bac+5 in Finance from a business or engineering school or similar; 2–5 years of M&A or Transaction Services experience; strong analytical and communication skills; excellent written and spoken English.
