Our internship program pairs a diverse group of interns with industry experts for an unparalleled learning and mentoring experience.

Learn by doing. You’ll play a meaningful role on projects and gain exposure to clients and senior bankers across the Firm. Our entrepreneurial environment encourages you to take on significant responsibility and make an impact from day one.

A growth platform. Our goal is to offer interns full-time Analyst positions, with a career path to Associate and beyond. A one-week training program and ongoing curriculum will prepare you to thrive in analytical, relationship-building, and client-facing situations.

Collaborative culture. You’ll build lasting relationships through a formal mentor/buddy program, wellness initiatives, and team events.

Your Responsibilities

• Analysis and research of company and industry specific financial information
• Conduct quantitative analysis and financial valuation
• Create client presentations
• Engage in due diligence processes
• Coordinate the execution of advisory mandates as part of a deal team

About You

• Completing an undergraduate degree between December 2028 - June 2029
• Historically competitive academic standing
• Intellectual curiosity and aptitude for problem solving and numerical analysis
• Thorough grasp of financial concepts
• A strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity
• A positive and collaborative attitude
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Desire to take initiative and excel at what you do

The annualized base salary for this position is $110,000, pro-rated for 10 weeks.

Base pay is just one component of Perella Weinberg’s total compensation package that may be available to employees. Depending on the position and other factors, other rewards may also include discretionary bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), paid time off, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and Firm policies.
