We welcome applications for an Investment Banking M&A VP/Director (DACH coverage).
The successful candidate will be someone with 7-10 years experience operating in the M&A space, coming from an Investment Bank (large or mid-cap), an M&A Boutique, or Big 4 Accounting firm. Having some exposure to M&A within the Technology space is a must.Responsibilities include:
Leading deal execution
Managing juniors
Being first point of contact with clients
Origination
Co-ordinating due diligence
